What to Bring to Your Yoga Retreat

  • Comfortable clothes for relaxing
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Closed toe shoes for walking on property
  • Yoga clothes and mat if you care to do yoga
  • Slippers or socks for indoor use (no outdoor shoes inside)
  • Journal
  • Books, knitting, whatever you may need for free time
  • Toiletries
  • For inclement weather, rain poncho or umbrella
  • Items to sleep better:
    • Your own pillow if you like
    • Ear plugs (provided)
    • White noise
If you’d like to bring food or beverages, the accommodations have full kitchens with refrigerator and pantry space. Please, no food stored in bedrooms.
